The process

Prospective candidates will complete a comprehensive nine step program that combines the traditionally separate processes of screening, interviewing, onboarding and training in a way that is both experiential and joyous. Each step in our recruitment program is designed to activate critical thinking and amplify your joy, which is so important to the work that we do here. This self-paced program is designed for individuals or groups, and may be completed at the leisure of the applicant(s). Best of all, candidates can start earning Joy Points immediately, before any official hiring decisions are made! With our non-forfeiture guarantee, even if you do not finish the program due to disinterest or, much more likely, distraction and incompetence, any accumulated Joy will remain with you for the duration of your existence.
