Here at the Lightning Information Bureau, we are all about unleashing and harnessing joy, individually and collectively. Our research is specifically designed to produce joy, because joy generates the high frequency energy and complex wave signatures we need to continue our research. We thank you for orbiting in this virtuous cycle.
§ 01 — Code
The Participant's Code of Honor
An outstanding participant will not only engage with the five research programs with a Seeker's endlessly optimistic attitude and indefatigable vigor, but will also display an aptitude for escalating joy and scaling excellent vibrations throughout their experience, modeling for those around them how to reach higher and higher frequencies.
Adopt a "Leave No Trace" mentality
- Do not damage or alter B.O.O.P. points in any way. This may cause irreversible destabilization of the overlap.
- Treat any multidimensional elves you encounter with the deep respect and admiration they deserve. They do not appreciate being handled roughly by three-dimensional appendages.
- Leave rejuvenated artifacts exactly where you discover them. Moving them from their location of origin will muddy the telemetric data other participants have painstakingly collected.
- Guide and support the exploration of other Seekers, but do not spoil the joy of their seeking.

Our specially-trained M.O.P. operator — W.E.B. DuSoine — is keeping eyes, ears and nose on your every move. Every. Single. One.
Participants who are observed positively following the Code of Honor will be rewarded. Those who display a Hider mentality will face consequences.
